Part Five: The Witness

Genevieve walked humming right into the scene just as Micheal was pushing away from the car.

"Mike?" her voice was low and confused. Stacy looked at the girl.

"Gen, hey Baby, what are you doing here, I thought I was coming to pick you up." the shock in his voice made Gen's head tilt with mass confusion.

"What were you doing?" Stacy walked beside Micheal.

"Telling me how much he hated to hurt me, but that he was stupid to not trust the girl he loves. We were just saying good bye." with that said her heels clicked as she walked to a waiting black car. With a turn she winked at Micheal. He groaned inside to know he was definitely stupid. Genevieve smiled hugging him.

"I knew you loved me. And you didn't break your promise, I understand you were lonely. Besides, it isn't like you had sex with her or anything." she laughed and got into his car.

"If you only knew Gen, if you only knew." He said this to himself after she had shut the door before getting in himself.
